Support engineers can dial into your attraction remotely from our UK based service desk to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify any issues, solve problems, manage software updates, and load new games.
We always quote for an optional spare parts pack to ensure on-site availability of certain parts. This ensures limited operational downtime.

Packing, Shipping and Logistics
Frontgrid ensure all products are packed for local or international shipping. Our shipping and logistics partners can either work with you to get your attraction to your venue. Alternatively, Frontgrid can co-ordinate with your own shipping providers.

Our in-house experts will guide you on the installation of your attractions, working with members of your team on construction and operation.
We provide product training to ensure clients can operate and maintain their hardware themselves, with our existing venues doing so effectively. However, we are happy to quote for onsite maintenance as a bespoke package if required.
